1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 77ac ("77ac," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at 77ac.today and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.
1.2 By completing the account registration process on 77ac, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited; and (d) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 These Terms are effective from the moment you register an account with 77ac and remain in full force and effect until your account is permanently closed, whether by you or by 77ac. Certain provisions of these Terms — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — survive termination of your account.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of 77ac is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is firm, non-negotiable, and strictly enforced through identity verification procedures. 77ac does not knowingly permit access to or maintain accounts for individuals under the age of 21.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 77ac account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 77ac reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and report such activity where required.
2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your 77ac account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment details. Any falsification of registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 77ac is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You agree to provide valid identification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — and any additional documentation requested by 77ac as part of the verification process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals or other functionality until verification is complete.
Strict Age Enforcement: 77ac employs age verification at registration and at withdrawal stage. If at any point it is determined that an account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at 77ac's sole discretion.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ac login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 77ac will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 77ac immediately via the support contact if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 77ac shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.
3.3 Account Currency. All 77ac accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, bets, winnings, and all financial transactions are recorded and displayed in PKR. Where a payment method involves a foreign currency, conversion rates applied will be those applicable at the time of the transaction.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not had any login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. 77ac reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as outlined in the platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your 77ac account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any outstanding withdrawals processed. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
77ac accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 100. 77ac does not charge a platform-side deposit fee, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits or charges that are outside 77ac's control.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 77ac does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be returned and the account restricted pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your 77ac account and that are registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77ac may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Accounts that have completed full KYC verification, including CNIC submission and payment method verification, receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests. Completing KYC proactively at registration reduces delays when you request your first withdrawal from 77ac.
77ac is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. 77ac applies transaction monitoring and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account. Accounts where suspicious transaction patterns are detected may be restricted pending investigation, and relevant authorities notified where required by applicable law.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on 77ac are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. These rules are accessible within the betting interface for each event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, 77ac's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. 77ac reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes bets placed by players identified as professional or high-volume bettors, bets that exceed platform risk limits, or bets placed on events where market integrity concerns have been identified.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided and the stake returned where: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed without rescheduling; (b) an obvious pricing error occurred; (c) the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was determined; or (d) other circumstances arise that make settlement impossible or inappropriate under the applicable market rules.
5.4 Casino Games. All casino games available on 77ac, including live dealer games and slot titles, are subject to the Random Number Generator (RNG) certification and game rules applicable to each title. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent long-term averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 77ac are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and other conditions stated in the individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 77ac account must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system at 77ac — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or misrepresenting eligibility — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed. 77ac reserves the right to deduct bonus funds and associated winnings from any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
6.4 One Active Bonus. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active in your 77ac account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
6.5 77ac reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to player accounts will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ac platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
Serious Violations: Cases involving suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or identity fraud will be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. 77ac cooperates fully with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies investigating such matters.
8.1 All content on the 77ac platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game titles, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77ac or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77ac platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 77ac content; create derivative works based on any 77ac content; or use any 77ac branding, logos, or trademarks for any purpose without prior written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of 77ac intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ac shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from your wagering activity on the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 77ac service for maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 77ac's control; (c) any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security; or (d) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of 77ac.
9.2 The 77ac platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77ac takes reasonable measures to ensure service availability and accuracy, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 77ac's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.1 77ac collects and processes personal data provided by you during registration, KYC verification, and in the course of your use of the platform. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 77ac Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 77ac.today/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering and using 77ac, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where required.
10.3 77ac will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the platform services.

12.1 77ac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77ac will notify the account holder by email. Funds in a suspended account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a breach is confirmed, 77ac reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 A player who voluntarily closes their 77ac account and subsequently wishes to re-register must submit a new registration application. 77ac reserves the right to reject re-registration applications from previously suspended or closed accounts.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the regulations of the jurisdiction under which 77ac operates. 77ac operates under international gaming standards applicable to online casino and sports betting services.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising between you and 77ac, you should first contact 77ac support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. 77ac will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. 77ac's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without being affected by the invalid provision.
14.1 77ac may update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page at 77ac.today/terms-conditions with the effective date updated accordingly. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, 77ac will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email or a prominent platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the 77ac platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using 77ac and request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5 of these Terms.
